“I have often shopped here for little things and it’s always helpful. It was such a pleasant experience to come to Simply Bathrooms Ltd and Rav was exceptionally patient and understanding to someone who had never bought bathroom equipment before, couldn’t have sorted it out without her. It was also lovely to work with a woman as they get how we need to discuss in a slightly different way. You feel so much more comfortable showing your lack of understanding.
